Shipping

• We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
• Orders are processed & dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of purchase.
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. 

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds.
• All approved returns are issued as store credit only, valid for future purchases on our website.

Returns & Exchanges – Eligibility

• You may request a size exchange or store credit if:
• The request is initiated within 15 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The original return tag is intact and attached.
• The product is returned in its original packaging (including dust bags/boxes, if applicable).
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds/exchange

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
• Returns/exchanges are processed only after the item is received and approved.

How to request an exchange or return

• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
• Unauthorized returns sent without approval will be refused.

Store Credit

• Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Store credit is redeemable on all products available on our website.
